Easy Sweet Chilli Dip

2 - 4 teaspoons of Fish sauce

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 -1/2  Cup of water

Juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemon 

Sliced garlic

Sliced redchillies

Mix all the ingredients together, varying the amount of fish sauce (saltiness) and lemon to suit individual tastes.  Will keep in fridge for 2 weeks.
