 Grilled Vietnamese Pork

Ingredients:

2 teaspoon Garlic paste

1 tablespoon Oyster sauce

¼ teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Dark Brown Sugar (eg muscovado)

1 teaspoon Lemongrass paste

3 tablespoon sesame oil

Some black pepper 

4x pork loin steaks

Method:

    1. Heat grill.

    2. Place all the ingredients (except the pork) in a bowl and stir them together.

  3.Put the pork in the marinade and mix well. 

    4. This only needs to marinade for 10 or 15 minutes to pick up the flavour. Try to marinade for an hour for more flavour…

    5. Place on grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until no longer pink and cooked through.

    8. Turn  sides during cooking. 

    9. Make sure pork is cooked thoroughly before serving.

* Serve with rice and side salad of your choice.
