Art Tags

Hello my lovelies, 

I've been busy working on making some art tags. I used a mixed media approach. I cut out each tag from greyboard. Next I used a decorative corner punch and single hole punch. 

Then painted them with white gesso. Once dry, I used gouache paints and ink paints to make the colourful backgrounds.

Next I used some patterned stamps and black ink pad. 

Then, to give height and dimension, I used assorted texture paste along with random stencils.

Lastly, I used a label maker to add a short positive quote/saying or inspiring word/affirmation on to each mixed media art tag. 

When all dry I put them on to metal book rings to hold them together.
